1 pkg. imitation crab meat
1 to 1.5 cup mayonnaise
1 T vinegar
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Chop up the crab meat and mix in the mayonnaise. Stir in the vinegar, mixing well. Add salt, pepper, and cheese. Serve with crackers of your choice (I like club crackers or Triscuits!)
